Indie DVD Pick of the Week: Eastern Promises

Eastern Promises isn't totally Indie or totally new, but then again, this is all new, were still experimenting, excuse, excuses, excuses...

Anyway, "Eastern Promises", is about a nurse (Naomi Watts) who investigates the death of a pregnant 14 year old girl, who as it turns out, was linked to the mob. A limo driver (Viggo Morteson)for the mob is suppose to deal with the snooping nurse while the "Who, What, When" all plays out. Its basically an interesting crime film with two great leads and one great script. Highly Recomended, but not for those with weak stomachs.
